Then, I will be.... well, at least I will be in Kansas. Add two hours(ish) and then I will be home in Independence.
Whew. That's not long... Especially considering that by the 12th of December I will have been here 692 days, 16,608 hours, 996,480 minutes....  That's quite a bit of time, on the other hand.
Well, I didn't begin writing this update in order to show my math skills, but I wanted to update because this will be the last time I do it before I come home!
I will be home Dec. 13th at 6:10 pm in the Kansas City International Airport.
I am excited...truly. The thought that I have to spend the night in London is killing me! I just want to get home! But, God is helping that by bringing my friend Amy McClenahan to London to spend some time with me. WOO HOO!!! So, I will spend a lovely evening at the theater with my friend, Amy, and then the next morning finish my journey to Kansas.
I am packing today, I packed yesterday, I have been packing for a week. Am I annal? Crazy (don't answer that)? No, I just have an entire house to pack up and clean and make sure it is ready for the next occupants. It's almost there. I am hoping to have all my packing done today, all furniture moved, and partially organized. Then, tomorrow I am cleaning.
Monday I leave for the capital city. Pray that my paperwork for a resident's work permit goes through! That is a huge burden at the moment. This paperwork has been trying to go through since May!!! Pray that it happens before I leave!
Then, Wednesday I will get on a plane and leave Uganda around 9:45 am. I will stop in London, then fly from Heathrow on the 13th around 11:35 am. I will land in Chicago around 2:00 pm and fly out again at 4:40pm, arriving (hopefully, pray for no snow storms! And various other hindrances...) at 6:10 pm.
So, I will update sometime after I get home.... Nope, no promises on when, just that I will...
 
Dreaming about coming home...
I have a computer with a camera on it, it's easy to procrastinate or entertain myself with it.
